On January 22, in the Master's in Technology and Sustainability of the Food Industry, Professor Katrin Simón led a seminar titled "Green by Design: MOA FoodTech and the Fermented Protein Revolution in Navarra."

This case study has been developed in the Aries4 project and is included in the casebook collaboratively developed among different regions.
