The document is designed for S3 managers and policy makers who want to have an approach to tools for a better implementation of sustainability on S3/S4. It is based on the ongoing experience of the pilot regions, synthesis and analysis of tools and initiatives contributing to the roll-out of the smart sustainable strategies established in 2021.
